The Columbus Dispatch
Seven children who received life-changing treatment at Nationwide Children’s Hospital are showcased in a three-dimensional billboard in downtown Columbus designed by Engauge.
The giant billboard – which spans 12 stories of the Atlas Building on High Street and weighs 14 tons – was charitably funded by Nationwide Insurance. The historic building has also served as the site of a number of commercial billboards in past Nationwide campaigns.
“We’ve gotten all kinds of attention out of the billboards,” Chad Jester, president of the Nationwide Insurance Foundation, told The Columbus Dispatch. Jester, whose youngest child spent two months in the hospital’s intensive care unit, added: “For all of us who have been touched, we all have a story to share.”
